‘High courts guardians of rule of law for common citizens’: CJI Surya Kant

‘High courts guardians of rule of law for common citizens:Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant on Saturday described high courts as “primary sentinels” (guards) to ensure that the rule of law is not a “distant concept” for the common man.
CJI Kant made the remark at a felicitation programme of the Bombay high court in Mumbai.
